A short form that helps us understand the space, your goals, and how the room needs to function day to day — plus the basics like location and room type.
- 2Stage 2 · Consultation
Initial meet & greet
A 30-minute conversation, in person or virtual. We walk the space (or review photos), talk style and budget, and share a few quick recommendations you can use right away.
- 3Stage 3 · Proposal
The design proposal
A follow-up conversation where we outline the design direction, how much of our involvement the project needs, the investment, and the timeline ahead.
- 4Stage 4 · Visual design
Mood boards & concept boards
We build the visual direction for the space — a mood board for the overall feel, and concept boards that lay out furniture, layout, and finishes in one view.
- 5Stage 5 · Sourcing
Specification & procurement
Once the design is approved, we write the full specification, source from our trade vendors, and track everything through delivery — matching your approved budget.
- 6Stage 6 · Installation
Install day & the reveal
We coordinate delivery, placement, and styling so the room comes together in one visit, then walk you through the finished space room by room.
